i found the staff at the pool very helpful. they kept the pool area clean, and they knew how to treat guests. the hotel is a short walk from the casino, and it was fun to watch people and cars go by.
the temperature control did not work correctly! cold air came out even though i set it to 22 degrees. there were only two pillows per bed with no soft or hard options. this resulted in both of us having bad neck pain after the second day.

our room was super clean and spacious. i found the amenities quite complete. the restaurants provided a special kids menu and the staff were very polite. beds were comfortable and complimentary coffee, tea, and water were much appreciated.
the pool loungers around the front are reserved for those who pay a high price. general guests can only use the loungers at the back which are few. this made it challenging to relax by the pool without incurring significant extra costs.
